Useful findings must be traceable to the information available and appropriate for the decisions they are intended to support.
Before accepting work, we review fit, authority, information needs, and what can responsibly be delivered. During the engagement, findings remain connected to their sources; assumptions, limitations, and unresolved questions are identified.
Before release, work is reviewed for scope, evidence, clarity, governing boundaries, and permitted use. The standard is Useful, Trustworthy, Understandable, and Durable. Work that falls short is held for correction or a narrower scope.
Where suitable records exist, the agreed work may examine approval delays, undocumented handoffs, or repeated corrections. Measurement is scoped to the available evidence and demonstrated capability. No particular savings or operating result is guaranteed.
You retain decision authority. Findings inform a decision; they do not authorize implementation.
